twenty one pilots, PVRIS & More Nominated for 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards

The nominees for the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards have been announced.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards will be taking place at the Forum in Los Angeles on March 5th and will be televised worldwide on iHeartMedia stations, as well as on the company’s radio syndicates.

This year’s awards show features staple categories, such as Song of the Year, Alternative Rock Artist of the Year and Rock Song of the Year, as well as new categories like Best New Pop Artist, Producer of the Year and Best New Country Artist. Drake, twenty one pilots and The Chainsmokers are amongst those receiving the most nominations, while the likes of Hey Violet, Pierce The Veil, PVRIS, Sleeping With Sirens and Tonight Alive have all been nominated for the fan-voted Best Underground Alternative Band.

Public voting for a handful of this year’s categories is currently underway and will close on February 24th. Those wishing to attend the awards show can purchase pre-sale tickets starting January 4th, with general admission going on sale January 7th.
